The first step of moisture-proof of LED display is to do a good job of moisture-proof of LED module.
The LED module needs to be dry and ventilated. When storing, it should be padded up with pallets or other objects. It should not be in direct contact with the ground.
The temperature and humidity monitor is installed in the storage environment, the humidity is controlled below 60% RH, and the LED module is very comfortable.
After unsealing, the LED module (single element board) not to be used temporarily shall be dehumidified, repackaged, put in appropriate desiccant, and stored in the environment with the temperature not higher than 30 ° C.
If the display screen is not used for a long time, it is necessary to preheat and dehumidify the whole screen for 8h before use, so as to avoid damaging the lamp tube after damp work. The dehumidification methods are as follows: full brightness setting 10% 1H, full brightness setting 30% 2h, full brightness setting 60% 2h, full brightness setting 80% 2h, full brightness setting 100% 1H (brightness gradually increasing aging).

The temperature and humidity monitor is equipped on the installation site of outdoor LED display screen to timely monitor the humidity around the screen;
After the installation of the whole screen, it is necessary to ensure that there is no water in the interior of the screen. Waterproof glue should be applied around the screen, the box and the connection of the box, and strict waterproof treatment should be done;
After the installation of outdoor large screen, the screen body waterproof test should be carried out to check whether there are water, water drops, water vapor and other phenomena inside;
Under the ambient humidity of 10% – 85% RH, turn on the screen at least once a day, and each time the screen works normally for more than 2 hours;
When the ambient humidity is higher than 90% RH, dehumidification treatment should be carried out for the use environment of the screen body, and the display screen should work normally for more than 4 hours every day.

If the outdoor rental screen encounters continuous rain, it is necessary to open the back cover of the box and use the fan to turn on the cold air to dry. And then air in a ventilated and dry room for more than 8 hours. Turn down the brightness to ensure that it will be on for more than 4 hours, and fully emit the moisture in the electronic components.
