Excessive current of LED electronic display is harmful

How does current affect LED electronic screen? First of all, we will understand the reasons for the excessive current of LED electronic display.
1, three-phase current balance, three-phase current vector angle difference of 120 degrees, three-phase can cancel each other, zero line current is 0.
2. The LED electronic screen supplies power for the switching power supply. The switching power supply has a large third harmonic current (third harmonic current) in the power grid. The third harmonic current is zero sequence ripple current, and the third vector angle is the same, so the third harmonic current is superimposed in the zero line.

3. Generally, the third harmonic current content of switching power supply is between 55% and 80%. Therefore, the phase current may be much smaller than the zero line current / the zero line current may be close to the sum of the phase line currents
Now let’s look at how excess current affects LED electronic displays.
1. The zero line current of LED electronic screen is too large (the zero line current is 1.6 to 2.4 times of the phase current);
2. The cable of LED display screen is noisy and the zero line is heated seriously, which increases the fire risk;
3. LED display trip (leakage switch or circuit breaker).
