1. Perspective
The angle of view of LED display depends on the angle of view of LED lamp bead. At present, most outdoor displays use elliptical LEDs with horizontal viewing angle of 100 ° and vertical viewing angle of 50 ° while indoor displays use patch LEDs with horizontal and vertical viewing angles of 120 ° and above. 2. Brightness
LED brightness is an important determinant of display brightness. The higher the brightness of LED, the larger the current margin, which is good for saving power and keeping led stable. LED has different angle values. When the chip brightness is fixed, the smaller the angle is, the brighter the LED is, but the smaller the viewing angle of the display screen is. Generally, 100 degree LED should be selected to ensure enough viewing angle of the display screen. We should find a balance point in brightness, angle and price for display screen with different point spacing and sight distance.
3. Inefficiency
Because the full-color display screen is composed of tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of red, green and blue LED pixels, the failure of any color LED will affect the overall visual effect of the display screen. Generally speaking, according to the industry experience, the failure rate should not be higher than 3 / 10000 from the beginning of LED display assembly to 72 hours before shipment. (refers to the failure caused by the LED lamp itself)
4. Antistatic ability
As a semiconductor device, LED is sensitive to static electricity, which easily leads to static failure. Therefore, the anti-static ability is very important for the life of display screen. Generally speaking, the failure voltage of LED in human body electrostatic mode test should not be lower than 2000V.
5. Life span
The theoretical life of LED device is 100000 hours, which is much longer than the working life of other parts of LED display screen. Therefore, as long as the quality of LED device is guaranteed, the working current is appropriate, the heat dissipation design of PCB is reasonable, and the production process of display screen is rigorous, the LED device will be one of the most durable parts in the whole display screen.
LED devices account for 70% of the price of LED display screen, so LED devices can determine the quality of LED display screen.
