Generally speaking, if the brightness of LED electronic large screen is not uniform, LED display manufacturers will improve the problem of uneven brightness through single point correction. However, if the color of LED display is uneven, it can not be solved by the later correction equipment, only by subdivision and screening of LED color coordinates. So, why is the color of LED electronic large screen more bright than DLP projection?
When the LED display manufacturers produce the LED electronic large screen, they will choose the optional luminous or display module according to the brightness index, and then determine the brightness of the color according to the red, green and blue color intensity. Generally, low brightness is used as a brightness reference value, that is, when the baseline brightness is adjusted, the other (two-color) or (full-color) is used. In general, the two-color LED display takes the green as the benchmark, and adjusts the standard color by adjusting the working current of the red transistor and stabilizing the yellow color by reducing the working current. If the brightness of the whole display is reduced, different chroma can be displayed.
If the color of the LED electronic large screen is adjusted to a balanced state, the brightness of the screen will be reduced. But if the LED display takes the brightness as the reference standard, and then adjusts the lamp beads of each color to the required brightness value, then the LED display will lose the color balance. For example, dual color screen yellow or red, green brightness to the required value, but the color reduction will be reduced.
Moreover, the wavelength of the lamp beads produced by the brand LED lamp bead manufacturers will also have a deviation, and the color saturation will also have a deviation. Therefore, the color uniformity correction is needed. Due to the wide application of full-color LED display screen, now LED display screen manufacturers generally use three in one, that is, red, green and blue LED lamp beads for packaging. However, due to the different luminous color and luminous efficiency of LED lamp beads, as well as the different production process of LED display screen manufacturers, the color saturation will also be deviated. Due to the low working voltage, active light-emitting, high brightness, adjustable brightness and voltage or current, shock resistance, vibration resistance, long service life and seamless splicing, led beads are widely used in large-scale display equipment.
Generally speaking, a plurality of wafers composed of LED lattice modules form a luminous time array, which is sealed in a plastic shell with epoxy resin. This kind of line scan driver is easy to form high-density display, which is generally used in LED indoor display.
The SMD LED lamp or LED is welded by the light-emitting lamp, which is used in the LED indoor display, and can achieve single point correction maintenance, effectively overcome the mosaic phenomenon.
