Main contents of LED electronic screen maintenance

As an indoor and outdoor display medium, the pollution, looseness, vibration, heating and temperature difference change of LED electronic display will lead to the failure of LED electronic display, which will affect the normal use of display. Therefore, regular display sorting, maintenance and maintenance is very important. What is the main purpose of daily maintenance?
1、 Inspection
The typical LED electronic screen inspection uses “monthly inspection system”, while the large LED electronic screen maintenance uses “weekly inspection system”
1. The main service of LED electronic screen includes lamp tube, module, module, power supply and control card;
2. The system includes optical fiber transmission card, display controller, and maintenance system;
3. LED electronic screen special play operation software, including the maintenance and upgrade of play software;
4. Regular (monthly) on-site inspection by technicians, system inspection and maintenance;
5. Guarantee: the company’s technical personnel ensure the smooth progress of on-site activities.
6. During the maintenance service period, the maintenance problems of general faults shall be solved within 8 hours, and major accidents shall be solved within 24 hours. Replace modules and other components within 24 hours. After the completion of the service, ensure that there are no module level or above failures (such as module color, module black, column not bright, etc.) on the large screen, and play normally.
2、 Cleaning
If the protection measures are not in place, the display screen, especially outdoor, will enter the equipment from the vent in the air, and accelerate or damage the wear speed of the fan and other equipment. The dust also falls on the surface of the internal control device of the display, reducing the thermal conductivity and insulation. In humid weather, the dust absorbs moisture in the air and makes it short-circuit; the PCB motherboard and electronic components may become moldy, leading to the technical performance degradation and failure of the equipment. Therefore, cleaning the LED electronic screen seems very simple, but it is actually an important part of the maintenance work.
3、 Fixation
LED electronic screen is a power intensive equipment. After running for a period of time, the power end is loose due to opening and opening, and the contact is poor. If the state is not good, the heating is serious, and even the plastic parts nearby will run continuously. Signal terminals should also be regularly tightened LED electronic screen connector, because the fluctuation of ambient temperature and hot and cold and moisture erosion may lead to poor contact, resulting in equipment failure. When adjusting the fastener, use the force evenly to make it firm and effective.
4、 Clean the screen surface
It includes: whether the display surface is polluted to eliminate the influence of surface dust on the luminous characteristics; whether there are damaged cracks on the display surface; whether the communication power distribution cable line is normal; for the equipment with high protection level, the components and connection devices with high reliability are selected, but the sealing is the key factor, so it is necessary to regularly check whether the sealing is damaged. For true steel structure, the surface paint and corrosion shall be inspected. If the surface of outdoor membrane is seriously polluted, clean the surface of the mark.
LED electronic screen cleaning work at high altitude, need professional cleaning team. High altitude ropes (also known as spider man) or modules are equipped with professional cleaning equipment. The cleaning personnel select different cleaners according to the soil on the screen to carry out targeted cleaning, so as to ensure that the cleaning is completed without damaging the LED electronic screen and mask.
Cleaning preparation should pay attention to two points.
1. Unplug the power cord before cleaning.
2. Choose cleaning solution, which generally includes electrolyte, high-purity distilled water, anti-static liquid, etc. we must choose good quality products to effectively clean the dust and other pollution marks on LED screen.
