Working principle of dual backup of small space LED screen

In recent years, the technology of major full-color LED display manufacturers and upstream manufacturers is constantly updated, and the technology of LED electronic display is becoming more and more mature. Nowadays, high-definition LED display can be seen everywhere. The definition and contrast of the screen are getting higher and higher, especially the small spacing LED screen, whose spacing has entered the era of p0.x. Of course, the requirement of LED technology is getting smaller and smaller. The working principle of dual backup of mini photoelectric small spacing LED screen is shown below.

Small spacing LED screen itself has the characteristics of adjustable brightness, close viewing, high-definition and exquisite image quality, seamless splicing and high refresh rate, so it is used in some special occasions. Such as large-scale performance, live broadcast, important video conference and theater, etc. This requires the small spacing LED screen to have high reliability, stability, low failure and maintenance free features. So how do you do that? This requires a small space LED screen with dual backup function.
Generally speaking, the conventional LED electronic display uses a single power supply. If the power supply of high-definition LED electronic display fails in the working process, the screen will not work normally, which seriously affects the visual effect. Even if the power supply is replaced on site, it will also affect the smooth progress of the activity. Therefore, mini photoelectric full-color LED display manufacturers have dual backup functions of power supply and signal for small spacing LED screen, and adopt “1 + 1” parallel redundancy design.
The traditional redundant power connection method is to output two or more power supplies to the power bus in parallel by connecting diodes in series at the positive end, as shown in the figure below. This kind of wiring mode can make one power supply work alone, and also make multiple power supplies work at the same time. When one of the power supply fails, the other power supply will work instead, which will not affect the normal work of the screen. The principle is that the output of power bus will not be affected due to the unidirectional conduction characteristic of diode.
This kind of dual backup power supply can replace the parallel diode in the traditional circuit, using professional chip control, and can realize the application of redundancy + parallel current sharing. Moreover, it has smaller volume and higher efficiency, which can meet the dual backup function of small spacing LED screen.
In addition, this kind of redundant current sharing double backup function itself belongs to the light and thin semi filling product, which can largely avoid the power failure caused by special application environment (such as pollution, humidity and vibration). In addition, due to the limited installation space and high reliability requirements of some application environments, such as monitoring center, public safety, urban rail transit intelligence and railway information equipment, these application sites can adopt this redundant current sharing dual backup function.
