1. Production end static electricity prevention
To train the personnel who use electrostatic sensitive circuit with electrostatic knowledge and relevant skills. In the production process, it is necessary for workers to wear grounding electrostatic bracelet. Especially in the process of foot cutting, plug-in, debugging and post welding, it is necessary for the quality personnel to do the static test of the bracelet at least every two hours, and make the test records.
In welding, the electric iron should be anti-static low-voltage constant temperature iron as far as possible, and adhere to good grounding; in the assembly process, the low-voltage DC electric driver with grounding wire (commonly known as electric batch) should be used as far as possible; to ensure the useful grounding of production platform, glue filling platform, aging frame, etc.
Request production environment to lay copper wire grounding, such as the floor, wall, and some occasions the use of the ceiling, etc., should use anti-static data.
In normal operation, LED display rental screen goods should always be stored in anti-static bags or containers.
2. Static electricity prevention at transport end
When transporting, the transport vehicle must be grounded, and the box or other equipment must be equipped with conductive wheels or extendible connectors. When touching LED products, adhere to the accurate way to get, do not directly touch the PCB board and the above electronic components.
3. Client static electricity prevention
When installing the screen, customers and engineers should strictly follow the anti-static operation, and do not directly touch the central electronic components of the commodity without protection methods.
4. When installing the steel structure of the screen, the useful grounding shall be made to lead the static electricity of the screen to the ground.
