How to calculate the steel structure size of arc LED display screen?
Generally, the conventional LED display screen is commonly used, while the arc screen is rarely used. The arc screen needs to know the arc length, chord length and chord height to calculate the area of steel structure and arc screen. 1. Measure the chord length, chord height and arc length
Generally, the arc length is difficult to measure and the size difference is large, so the arc length and radius are calculated according to the chord height and chord length to check. The difference can be within 10 cm. If the difference is large, please measure and calculate repeatedly
2. Chord height and chord length measurement method
The distance between the two ends of the arc is the chord length, and the distance from the midpoint of the chord length to the midpoint of the arc line is the chord height (or: the distance from the midpoint of the chord length to the arc line drawn perpendicular to the chord length is the chord height)
Calculation idea: the root formula calculates the angle of right triangle formed by chord height and chord length. Example:
