The construction party can purchase relevant materials according to the drawings and plan the steel structure manufacturing after obtaining the steel frame structure drawings (CAD drawings).
3. The first step in the installation process of vehicle LED display screen is to make a reasonable combination of the installation site and the screen.
4. In the later stage of installation, the power consumption of the screen and the size of the distribution cabinet of the equipment must be planned. The consumer manufacturers of the on-board LED display will calculate the actual power consumption according to the actual situation of the screen, and give it to the construction party.

5. Fourth, for the installation of on-board display screen, customers can understand the construction of steel structure. Generally, they don’t understand much about the wiring and splicing of on-board LED display screen, so they usually need to stop under the guidance of professional engineers, and they need the ultimate screen operator to participate in order to understand more about the screen;
6. Sixth, screen maintenance: when the LED screen is being debugged, a set of LED display module may be damaged occasionally. At this time, the engineer is required to stop the on-site maintenance or replace the spare parts;
7. LED screen debugging: at the end of the installation, the technical staff of the consumer manufacturers are required to test the whole screen before it can be powered on and connected to the computer to stop the control of the screen;

Wiring: the power line is divided into lamp line (red black line or brown blue line), screen power line (brown blue line) positive, white or brown line; negative, black or blue line

The power supply of the screen body can be connected to the fuse of the thought, and the front of the screen body can be connected to the brown wire (positive pole), (the blue wire is connected to the negative pole of the iron casting place of the whole car). When the LED display screen is connected to the power supply on the vehicle, the two ends of the wiring must be soldered and covered with insulating plastic. The best way to route the line is to route the cable slot. It should not be on the seat, so as not to scratch the line when moving the seat and cause the screen short circuit.
