The outer steel structureframe of LED display screen is divided into: embedded mounting bracket, simple frame, stainless steel or aluminum alloy frame.

(1) Embedded mounting bracket
According to different applications, the outer frame requirements are different. The embedded installation does not need the outer frame, but a mounting bracket is required. The mounting bracket is generally made of aluminum profile, which is relatively light and easy to cut. It can also use universal angle iron (i.e. rectangular iron bar with many holes). The copper column on the back of the unit board is used to fix the unit board on the support. The support should be longer and the installation hole of the light box should be reserved. Fix the unit board, control card and power supply on the support. The data line and 220V power line shall be tied on the support with nylon tie. Tie a knot after binding to avoid falling.
(2) Easy box
Aluminum alloy profile (such as hollow aluminum strip with square section) can be used to make simple frame. If aluminum alloy frame is used, the screen of LED display screen is small, and the unit board can be directly fixed on the outer frame. If the strength is enough, there is no need for support.
(3) Stainless steel frame or aluminum alloy frame
Generally, the outer frame of LED display screen is stainless steel. In fact, the outer frame of stainless steel is only wrapped with a thin layer of stainless steel skin on the basis of simple frame. It looks beautiful and generous, increasing added value. Generally, the fabrication and assembly of stainless steel outer frame or aluminum alloy outer frame is to hand over the design drawings to the hardware factory for processing after determining the size.
