Production process: as the position of the LED vehicle mounted screen changes constantly with the vehicle, the LED display manufacturers have higher requirements for the anti-seismic and waterproof performance of the LED vehicle mounted screen, as well as higher requirements in the production process. Generally, LED display manufacturers need to carry out aging test, shockproof test and waterproof test before leaving the factory. Generally speaking, its protection grade is ip65-ip68, and in the process of testing and simulating shockproof and waterproof, it needs to reach the standard before leaving the factory.
Shockproof problem: because the LED electronic large screen is welded by various components, the vibration process will affect the poor contact of the virtual welding part of the components, affect the signal connection, the flatness of the box splicing and the waterproof performance of the box module. Therefore, an important reference standard to judge whether the LED vehicle screen is good or bad is the shockproof design.
Waterproof problem: the LED vehicle mounted screen is different from the LED outdoor display, because the LED outdoor display is fixed on the wall or the upper column, and after the installation, it will be wrapped to prevent water vapor from entering and damaging the components. The LED display screen on the wall only needs to be waterproof in front and around. The LED vehicle screen is often mobile, so the waterproof performance of the periphery and the screen body of the vehicle screen is relatively high.
Power supply problem: the difference between the LED electronic large screen and the LED vehicle mounted screen is that the LED electronic large screen needs to be connected with the voltage of 220 V and equipped with the corresponding power distribution cabinet. Due to its high power and no battery design, once the power is cut off, the LED display screen will be black. And the LED car screen is to flow frequently, so it is impossible to pull a total power line on the truck, which is unrealistic. Therefore, the power supply of LED on-board screen is powered by generator. Because the screen size is small, low energy consumption is adopted to reduce the load of generator.
Brightness problem: because the LED electronic large screen is fixed, it can customize the display screen with different brightness according to the installation environment. But because the driving position of the LED vehicle screen is full of many uncertainties, the brightness requirements are relatively high, in order to ensure that in the high brightness of the external environment, we can still clearly see the content played on the LED vehicle screen.
Area and spacing: if the LED display screen is installed with an area of tens of square meters to more than 100 square meters, you can choose the display screen with a spacing of 6-10mm, and the viewing distance is 8-10. The picture is high-definition and delicate. Because the area of the LED car screen is less than 1 square meter or several square meters, if the 8-10 mm spacing of the LED screen is selected, there will be a lot of grainy feeling when watching in close range, and the playing picture is not high-definition. Therefore, LED display manufacturers suggest that customers can refer to the products with a spacing of 4-6 mm when purchasing led vehicle mounted screen.
Control mode: there are two main control modes of LED display, one is synchronous control, the other is asynchronous control. Generally speaking, the screen can be controlled asynchronously from 1 square meter to more than 10 square meters, but its playing content is limited. Therefore, LED electronic large screen usually adopts synchronous control mode, that is, what content plays on the computer, what content plays on the LED display. Because of the frequent flow of LED vehicle screen, most of them adopt asynchronous control, that is, first set the playback content, then copy it into the U disk, and then play it into the vehicle screen, and then display the carousel content.
