How to solve the display screen problems caused by water vapor, dust, bumping, broken lamp rate and other factors, as well as improve the product quality and reduce the burden and cost of after-sales service, are the problems that led manufacturers want to solve.
Therefore, in order to effectively solve the problems mentioned, so as to produce the so-called surface coating solution.
This solution is based on the current indoor surface mounted LED electronic screen, and the equipment can be directly combined with the existing SMT surface mounted production line
The process is to make the lamp board by SMT surface mounting technology. After 72 hours of aging process, the surface of the lamp board is coated to form the so-called protective layer, which can wrap the conductive pins to isolate the influence of moisture and moisture, as shown in Figure 3.

The integrated circuit surface (IC) is coated to form a protective layer to avoid the failure of the integrated circuit components of the drive circuit.
For the indoor LED display module, this solution can effectively prevent the failure points caused by moisture and dust by wrapping the exposed electrical conduction pins, and at the same time can provide the effect of collision protection.
